Stored procedure for occurrence associations - soils

Create stored procedure(s) to upload relationships between soil samples into associations module. Note this may no longer be possible for frozen soils given that the sampleID does not exist and the API does not provide information on replicates. If not possible, need to write an R code to pull NEON main data, create associations, and batch upload. If possible, combine with propagating vial size which is only available from the API in association with one of the replicate samples.
