Determinations for lotIDs during subsampling #574

At least two types are required and will be collection specific:

(1) Node of all subsamples [this one is already completed]
(2) SampleID based, based on ecotype/pseudotaxon for microalgae (e.g. epilithon)

note that this must also be made sampleType specific (diatoms = slide collection, not diatoms = chemically preserved collection)
