extdata never loaded?

Hello,

I have a private annotation repository on my network. makeOrganismPackage call using the databases in the repository was successful. My private sqlite files were stored in the inst/extdata directory of the package.

But when I tried to load the created OrganismDb package, the databases in inst/extdata didn't seem to be loaded. .initPkg() in your code seems to be the one that load databases in inst/extdata. Why is it commented out and do you have any plan to activate it?
