Create sponsorship execution doc with timelines

Due Date: 15 Juky 2024

Description:

We need to create a document that outlines all the things that need to be handled when executing a sponsorship for an event.

Vendor Requests need to be submitted 45 days prior to execution (mostly to address any issues with sending funds)
