[Issue] Valid coupon code showed expired in payment popup

Describe the bug
Recently I am testing the coupon section and create coupon set expire date and also the time of the days and its created successfully and when I try to add in the cart that also successfull but when I try to make payment it shows coupon code expired.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to create coupon from the side bar under customer menu
2. create a coupon with current date and expire with end of the month and applied for all category, customers and products.
3. then come to pos screen and load the coupon with code and applied.
4. Click on Pay and payment popup come. Make full payment with cash.
5. Scroll down to bottom of the popup.
6. See error

Expected behavior
Order should be processed and coupon will be applied as everything is valid.
