Description
Since SignCTRL does not aim to be a KMS and currently only implements Tendermint's default file-based signer, it would greatly benefit from having support for the TMKMS. They both synergize pretty well for on-premise and co-location setups. With support for enclave signing, it will even become viable for cloud setups.
