Detect scribe in the Simplicity files #156

A Simplicity file includes a constants section with all word jets. We should add used scribes to this section.

I have some code that detects scribe. It needs to be rebased and updated.

An open question is how word jets interact with scribe. See #155

We should start working on this issue after the Simplicity file parser is merged.
