readthedocs doesn't find the index.rst

The website reports: Please create an index.rst or README.rst file with your own content under the root (or /docs) directory in your repository.

But the index.rst is here: https://github.com/cthoyt/pybacting/blob/main/docs/source/index.rst

When properly set up, I can port content from https://bioclipse.github.io/bioclipse.scripting/ and add docs for newer managers.

cc @Maddocent: maybe you have a clue?
