Question about the account registration for Brandmeister

So I have a question during registration process for on the Brandmeister webpage. Sorry to ask it here, but I tried the support page and the messaging via Facebook, but neither worked. My question is with regards to the registration page (https://brandmeister.network/?page=register). There is box to check "Personal User Account" or "Repeater Account". I recently bought a OpenSpot2 from SharkRF, and a DMR radio. Do I check the personal or repeater account?

Also do I need to create an account on dstar.su as well, is it more powerful account than via Brandmeister and what type of accounts is that location for?
