Downloaded file not found . After downloaded my rar file not found

When i downlod a .rar file. After downloaded i did't find my file. click open location. but it did't open the destination. In the brisk folder i did't find my downloaded file.

file properties look like this.

Also the save location looks pretty weird. Could you check in "settings -> path" what value is set for the save path?
