Problem
Part of #21 request was to allow to toggle quote within (to work with regex selection easier).
Solution
Idea from @v-kydela
- Add a command "Toggle Quotes: Within"
- Keep "Toggle Quotes: Surrounding" as default
- Allow calling any command via the command launcher.
- Allow changing the default
