direct_data salary sometimes grossly inaccurate?

Firstly, I want to say thank you for the great work that you have done on this solution, and for keeping this repository so active!

I was hoping that I could better understand why at times the direct_data value differs to such a large extent from the salary information listed in the job post?

e.g. this job https://ae.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=a575382722ca5c44 shows a monthly salary of 3000 AED-5000 AED, roughly 800USD-1300 USD monthly.

The extract however shows salary values the are FAR higher, even if converted to monthly salaries.

What could be causing this issue? Is it the estimated compensation found in the Indeed API?
Any recommendations on how to notice if this happens, and then fix/ignore such instances?
