New Section: How to use AMKN

Create a new page in AMKN that explains how one can use AMKN. 
Perhaps we could include a FAQ subsection and some examples depending on the type of user (Research, Policy Maker, NGO, Donor, etc.)

@bunmyajilore, please ask Camilo (@camilor67) to create this section for you. He is also able to explain you how to write content on it, once it is created.
