Improv. 8: Calculation progress bar

Users currently have no idea how long a run may take

Required action:
Add a progress bar when calculating similarity to give the user an estimation of remaining calculation time.

Benefits:
A progress bar will give the user greater insight into the time taken for calculation and also if something has gone wrong during the calculation process and it needs to be restarted.
