Improv. 12: Scale bar

The threshold selected is currently flexible depending on the resultant similarity values. It is currently impossible to change the threshold following a run without performing the entire run again. Although it is possible to modify the threshold in R or ArcGIS, for non-expert users it would be convenient to have a tool to quickly perform this rather than having to run the entire model again with a different threshold value.

Required action:
Add a scale bar to allow the user to select and vary the threshold dynamically on the map viewer.

Benefits:
You do not need to export map to another platform or perform another run to change the threshold

What technical implications does this change require?
The threshold could change online without run an R script?
