Develop a form to download the required files to properly run Analogues GUI

Similar to CCAFS Climate on the Data section, but without the map, and with this fields:
-region (global, continent and country options)
-time period (current or future options)
-scenario (baseline or list of RCPs)
-models (current or all models for that RCP)
-variables (bio, dtr, prec, tmean)
-resolution (relevant resolutions for chosen region)
