Motivation

We made Anonymized Observability data accessible to researchers but many of them probably don't know it is available.

Completion Criteria

A communication was sent out to those who would be interested in testing access to Observability.
Documentation was created to share this information on the NERC site.

Description

• Write documentation to let it be known that there is access to Anonymized Observability and how to access it
• Write communication to send to researchers to let them know about the access
• Email communication
