Bug - Cleanup of DMP JSON records needed

We need to investigate the uc3dmpid gem's Updater class to see if the old dmps_aws_prototype repo issue #156 is still an issue. I think it has been fixed, but we should check.

Then we need to write a script that can run through and fix up the following issues on DMP records:

• remove redundant protocols and domains from identifiers (e.g. https://https://ror.org/12345 and https:/ror.org/ror.org/12345)
• make sure that the dmproadmap_related_identifiers only has a single output_management_plan entry for the current PDF narrative.
