Reporter graph points to invalid filter

When clicking on a pie chart with reporter shares it goes to events, but the filter is set so that nothing is shown. It should show the events reported by the selected reporter.

This is a problem that is very deep in the dashboard. It will need complete redesign or certain things and personally would keep it this way for now until there will be transformation to liberouter-gui.
