isc2019 and isc2020 won't open in Protege v5.5 desktop. Error message is "Ontology already exists. OntologyID(OntologyIRI(http://www.opengis.net/ont/geosparql) VersionIRI())"

on inspection, difference between isc2018-1 (which opens) and isc2019 is in gts: import URI:
imports: http://resource.geosciml.org/ontology/timescale/gts/w3c -- works
imports: http://resource.geosciml.org/ontology/timescale/gts -- doesn't work.

if I change the import URI in isc2019 to ...gts/w3c, then it opens.

I am unclear on how these import URIs are different-- they appear to resolve to the same location.

anyway I'll create a branch and add the .../w3c on the import uri's, and a pull request to bring that branch to master if I'm not creating more trouble...

The issue is a consequence of this one not being addressed:
CGI-IUGS/geosciml.org#3

The redirects have been fixed. However, they currently only get ttl or html. Can Protégé cope with this, or does it need application/rdf+xml ?

(i.e. shouldn't need your patch, which was superseded by the refactored ontologies)
