Clinic Onboarding Wizard

Context: A smooth Web2-style onboarding flow for new clinics to register themselves on the platform.
Location: apps/web/src/app/(auth)/register/page.tsx
Requirements:

1. Build a multi-step form: Step 1 (Clinic Details), Step 2 (Admin Account Setup).
2. Utilize React Hook Form + Zod for complex cross-step validation.
3. Submit the consolidated payload to the POST /clinics/register API.
   Acceptance Criteria:

• Users can navigate back and forth between steps without losing state.
• Successful submission redirects directly to the Clinic Dashboard.
