If you conquer outside of Mordor as the WK, you keep all of those lands under Morgul, even if you've conquered at ton of territory already. Also, the WK keeps all of his troops after Sauron's return which leads to Sauron not having any proper military strength. I would say Sauron's return should basically be the evil version of the RotK so the same transition effects should apply in most cases. It would say the it should also be possible to switch to Sauron as the WK in the first event as you can switch to Aragorn as the Stewards. You can still switch later but having it be two events seems a bit redundant to me.

I'll look into the WK keeping titles he should really be transferring.
As for the option to switch to Sauron: just like Denethor, this needs a separate event due to handling of large complex code blocks, so I'll likely leave this as it is.
