当前不足

配置文件中，HOST设置只能选择一种 0.0.0.0 或者 ::，这造成了不能同时使用ipv4和ipv6访问管理页

建议内容

可以同时使用ipv4和ipv6

nb底层所使用的asgi服务器只能绑定一个host，如果要同时使用，只能另行配置反向代理，例如nginx, apache
