Blockchain implementation

So far I have been searching for various packages and ways to implement them, one of the promising packages I have found is https://github.com/trufflesuite/ganache, I am not currently sure to the extent of how it works and what it can do for use but a quick glance at it seems promising.

On top of this, solidity is an excellent smart contract framework to implement.

A lot of what I've been seeing is just front-end implementation, however since we are using .NET using nethereum seems to be like the good option, if we could get started on just implementing that on our current .NET stuff that we have done
