Create and Display Event Cards

Description:
After the header and filters are done, design and display Event Cards in a responsive grid.
Use dummy data as mentioned in the README or take examples from the [Delta Projects Page](https://delta.nitt.edu/projects) for structure and layout reference.

Tasks:

• Create Event Cards containing:

  • Event image or thumbnail
  • Category badge (Upcoming / Workshop / Competition)
  • Event title
  • Date & time
  • Short description/excerpt
  • “View Details” or “Register” button

• Layout cards in a responsive grid:

  • 3 columns (desktop), 2 (tablet), 1 (mobile).

• Add smooth hover animations (e.g., shadow, scale-up).

• Maintain theme colors, spacing, and font consistency.

• Ensure links or buttons are functional.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Cards display correctly with consistent spacing.
• Layout adapts smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Hover animations work seamlessly.
• Cards resize properly and maintain readability on all devices.
• Visual design aligns with the Delta reference style.
