Description:
Design and display all member cards in one responsive grid.
Use dummy data from the README or reference data from [Delta Members Page](https://delta.nitt.edu/members).

Tasks:

• Create MemberCard components showing:

  • Image
  • Name
  • Role/Position
  • Social Icons (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.)

• Display all members in a single responsive grid (no batch separation).

• Add hover transitions (scale or glow effect).

• Ensure consistent spacing and card alignment.

• Social links should open in new tabs.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Cards display properly in all screen sizes.
• Hover animations function smoothly.
• Cards resize and maintain spacing across devices.
• Links open correctly in new tabs.
• Visual layout aligns with Delta reference styling.

Since you’ve also shown interest in working on this section, could you please first take up Issue #20 (Create Members Section Background & Header)?

It lays the base layout needed for this task (#21). Once that’s merged, you can seamlessly continue with this issue — it’ll help maintain consistent design and avoid merge conflicts.
