Add Footer Component

Create a simple Footer component to appear on every page (except login/register).
It should include the project name, copyright, and quick links.

Key Features:

• Fixed/sticky footer layout
• Links: “About”, “Contact”, “Privacy Policy”

Acceptance Criteria:

• Matches theme colors and typography
• Responsive for mobile and desktop
• Displays consistently across all routes
