Addressing a Problem?
It would be nice to be able to save an rvc file from a coarse temporal resolution run (e.g. daily) and then have Raven internally interpolate this as needed for a subdaily (e.g. hourly) run for an event. In other words, let users avoid having to build a 40 year hourly rvt file in order to simulate a large event at the end of the record at a daily time step.
