Units for puv instances

Should puv:uom or something like qudt:unit be used in encoding an instance parameter using the puv-ont?

Fair question. At this point I kept everything in the one namespace.

Alexandra and Gwen requested the addition of the verbs in the property names.
They appeared to be happy with the ontology otherwise, and plan to investigate the use of it as an 'alternative view' in the NVS service.

@dr-shorthair We are testing a number of scenarios right now so for the moment we will work with what is there regarding the properties.

Regarding the uom I think it would be good to have it as part of the puv ontology as puv:uom and then link to qudt:unit from the NVS but happy to discuss the pros and cons of both approaches.
