Activate ssl version of dashboard by default

using dashboard-ssl.conf and dashboard-ssl-redirect.conf (port 80 redirects to port 443) by default would be nice

Please post the ontents of the ssl-redirect file alone. Also you had not made any changes to dashboard/local_settings.py to enable ssl.
