Complain about misspelling/misgendering of TeX/TeX-Bot

Add message send event listener that will send a complaint reply from TeX-Bot to the user that sent the message, if the message contains a misspelling of TeX or TeX-Bot or a misgendering of TeX (they/them).

To be clear this would require enabling the "View Messages" Discord intent, allowing TeX-Bot to read the contents of every message sent, for the channels that TeX-Bot has access to. (This intent is not currently enabled.) Thoughts on whether this is acceptable will need to be discussed before this feature can be accepted to be assigned to be developed.

I don't think it's a valuable use of time to do this imo, as funny as it would be I think it'd get old quite quick
