Patcher UI does not close when patch client backed closes #72

When the patch client back end closes, either for a self-update or crash the UI is not closed as well and is left running uselessly.

I'll be changing how the Patch Client & UI interact soon which will make the UI launch the patch client as a child of the UI rather than the UI being a child of the patch client console app as it is now.
