converting MATPOWER case files to Excel format

I would like to ask whether ANDES currently supports converting a MATPOWER case file into an Excel format for further editing or inspection.
If this is supported, could you please share the recommended steps or example commands to achieve this?

andes run case5.m -c xlsx will convert case5.m into case5.xlsx.
