Failed to extract the 15.1 symbol files

I couldn't able to extract 15.1 symbol files by using XCode 13.1, getting the below error

Error: failed to read shared cache file at ./arm64e
dyld_shared_cache_extract_dylibs_progress() => -1

Could you please help me to fix this issue ASAP?
