Bonemerge on viewmodels causes the movement to be exaggerated #1388

I'm working on a pac that gives my character different weapon models, changing all of the animations as well. For a particular weapon I had to use bone merge to avoid any problems with the animations, but it also caused some weird stuff with the way the viewmodel moved.
Here's how it's intended to look
