Also this could be useful for first years in their project if any of them fancy making some snazzy graphical stuff on a later stage. I mostly used powerpoint but someone more creatively oriented than myself could probably use it to their advantage. So as a side note it could be worth at least mentioning it to them, even if they just want to make edits of you to entertain you at the end of their presentations.

How about once we've had the workshop on this we launch a logo design competition so people have an excuse to use their newfound knowledge?

Winner could have their logo chosen as the new organisation logo?
