Create option to add a hyperlink as a popup element

In Carto, you are able to add fields in popup elements that are hyperlinked.

In Cartoframes, the cartoframes.viz.popup_element accepts a string as a variable, but it cannot render a hyper link.

One of the small features that would help close the gap between the two products!

We've in mind different popup helpers such as popup_link and popup_image, as we've discussed in several occasions. Right now this feature is not a priority, but we'll take this ticket into account for the next iterations. Thanks!
