allow a user to use ip unnumbered:

interface giga1/0/1
 description UNDERLAY-FABRIC
 no switchport
 ip unnumbered Loopback0
 no ip redirects
 ip ospf authentication message-digest
 ip ospf message-digest-key 1 md5 0 cisco123
 ip ospf network point-to-point
 ip ospf 1 area 0.0.0.10
 no ipv6 redirects
 bfd interval 250 min_rx 250 multiplier 3
