Issue description

Integer overflow in Infinite Fluid Storage Disk

I'm using refinedstorage-1.11.6.jar and I have confirmed that it contains refinedmods/refinedstorage#3277, so I'm guessing that wasn't enough.

Steps to reproduce

1. Import a large amount of fluids
2. Observe that there's an integer overflow:

That is really weird. Could you send me the data in <world>/data? Everything which is related to RS.

I'm having the same issue as @peter-ahe with Extra Disks 1.20.1-3.0.0 and Refined Storage 1.12.4. I've compiled everything in world/data at https://i.piggered.me/u/pCbHy/. The disk with the overflow is 81972e7a-278f-4214-9711-aae95dd210dc.

What I don't understand here: you don't even have any fluid which overflows the disk. That's weird. I have no idea why this happens.
