I was interested in adapting your trans interaction analysis in figure 3a of Peng et. al., 2023 for some of our Hi-C data. I don't see analysis scripts on your github, just the scripts for generating figures and initial NAD calling. Can you please share your trans interaction analysis that was used to generate figure 3a on your GitHub?
