Chisel and bits power/fluid trasnfer ability

Could there be an item in C&B? A mini block similiar to the other pixels, that allows you to push power/fluid or both at the same time through a wall of chisel and bits... Imagine building a house, and you want it to be compact, but you cant cause you are limited with the blocks you have... It could work with RF/FE/EU/AE/HE (From HBM, like the extended)... pls... this mod is so good for making details...
