[New Feature]: Add an option button where you can have different options like theme change button, docs, rules, other links as well

Instead of adding different buttons we can have an option button in the corner and in that button we can have multi option button. options like theme change button, docs, rules, other links as well

Point down the features

Dark mode button, github links, color theme, rules, etc
