Adding full name of binary number inventor

I want to add the full name of the binary number system inventors.

steps to reproduce

Go to -> circuit verse main page
click on -> learn logic circuits
again click on -> Binary representation
see error -> right side

Expected behavior

Want to edit the inventors name with is

I just raised the issue but didn't get any sort of approval from the maintainers.
But try this by making PR to get an idea.
