i dont have a crash on a variety of machines, i can only guess, so my help is limited here
disable fullscreen (and toggle compatibility mode on and then off if possible), try using loadlibrary (and then manual map) injection method from extreme injector, check if that loads
maybe install another instance of osu to some folder, so the settings are default

i would attach a debugger but that's not trivial i guess
then i would compile with console flag, putting sleep after allocconsole, removing some parts of the code (init_hooks, ui etc.) trying to get the console window up
