Ongoing & In Progress:

• Get the discord robot functional, so we can ditch Twitter.

• Bring people to discord

• Figure out how OC is going to bid for upgrades, and keep them pressured

• Migrate away from Twitter

• Recruit for Coding

• Create 311/Universal Reporting Slides for Community Associations. Due before Aug 20th

• Get the CITIZEN card/CITIZEN ID online

• Continue Feature Development of Mobile App

• Do an advertisement campaign for awareness

• Migrate City Hall to Mastodon
