This might be referenced not just in the School Safety Sheets documentation (Mobile WYS signs for example). Sheets don't have to be shared publicly. They just need to be shared with the correct "service account" email for the API key. In this case: sheets-puller@bubbly-fuze-182523.iam.gserviceaccount.com (I don't see why this email would be sensitive info)
