Web Components! Where can we introduce/experiment concepts and best practices?

Web Components continue to be hot/not-hot topic of interest. Let's use this discussion to talk about where we feel it's best to share resources and/or establish best practices when working with/integrating web components.

Some initial thoughts on some starter documentation:

• Add a subsection section under the Drupal topic section that provides some examples/best practices of how to integrate in a Drupal-rendered front end
• Add a Web Components topic section where we share resources, and provide some general overviews in terms of pros/cons when used in different front end architectures
