[Feature Request/Issue] - Breaks/Blocks Google Images page to Image source website url redirect.

Issue:

The extension prevents access to the Google redirect page when an image is clicked to navigate to the website hosting the image.

• Google Image Search: ClearURL
• Redirect URL: Google redirect URL

The URL gets blocked only when you go from Google Images to the website. If I paste it directly into the address bar in a new window the page opens.
