At this point it's supposed that you have a project and created a pull request within the repository you selected while installing the Github App
!before deploy Open the project configurations, and create/enable deployment configurations. Each configuration is the repository you selected in the Github App.
Active configurations will be used by the every project instance.
In the pull request you have to have 3 links in the description:

Create QA instance- deploy current branch -
Create custom QA instance- configure the deployment -
Configuration- open the project instance configuration page
