deploy fluentd-forwarding in VM

We need that manager deploy fluentd-forwarding in VM.
For this we need:

• Manager must deploy fluentd-forwarding when he creates the VM or at least before deploying other containers.
  -- He can use fluentd-forwarding.yml and fforwarding.pp
• Manager must save the fluentd-forwarding IP in /etc/hosts of VM with name fluentd-forwarding.
• We should replace path to certificates in fluentd-forwarding.yml and use the same zabbix and puppet.
• If you needed, you can change the CloudOpting IP in fluentd-forwarding.yml for send logs.
